wall-e.jpgCe au in comun Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, WALL-E, 300, The Golden Compass, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix si I Am Legend? Toate au fost create cu RenderMan si Autodesk Maya si randate pe clustere Linux.
Sistemul de operare open-source se afla in spatele multor productii care s-au dovedit a fi hit-uri boxoffice. Cititi mai multe despre lumea Linux de la Holywood aici.

yeah but the creation is not it's made on windows systems that run 3ds max without any emulation.... so degeaba se scriu scripturi si se randeaza pe "all mighty" linux the creation is done on windows.

i'd be glad daca nokia ar folosi linux soft on their phones tho.... si i like it on my router 2 da cam atat....

2. mental ray Standalone 3.6 is available for Microsoft® Windows® 32-bit and 64-bit, Linux® 32-bit and 64-bit, and Mac OS® X operating systems.
3. This doesn't change the fact that all CGI movie production nowadays is done using Linux. :)

avatar Hai sa nu o "mai frecam la melodie". 3DS Max e pentru creare de jocuri, pe cand Maya e program de creati media(Filme, clipuri, etc.) E lege asta si o stie ori cine ce lucreaza cu ele, cine nu stie sa intre pe un site din domeniu sa afle si sa nu o mai lungim ;) Si ambele sunt de la aceasi firma Autodesk.

lmao mental ray mister coloja is only a render engine. it comes "free" with 3ds max. and whatever you say u still can't run it :D u can only do the robot work with linux :D and as for mr. daniel... "3DS Max e pentru creare de jocuri" LM(fucking)AO.... asta de pe ce planeta o picat?!?!? :))))))))
